Proposed in #1. Adds contributor scaffolding to the repo — all additive, with no changes to SKILL.md, the templates, or any behavior.

What this adds

  • CONTRIBUTING.md — documents the existing workflow: mise install / mise run validate, the self-contained-template conventions (inline all CSS/JS/SVG, <!-- REPLACE --> markers, register in bothassets/templates/README.md and the SKILL.md table), and the evals/ setup.
  • .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ — a bug report, a "new template request" form, and a config.yml linking to the ht-ml.app API docs and the Agent Skills spec.
  • .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md — a short, focused checklist including the self-contained-template requirements.

Notes

  • Purely additive: git diff touches no existing files.
  • All issue-template YAML frontmatter validated with PyYAML.
  • Docs only, so the skill remains spec-valid (nothing in SKILL.md changed).

Totally happy to adjust scope, wording, or drop any piece you'd rather not have. Thanks for building this — it's a genuinely nice skill to use. 🙏

- .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/: bug report, new-template request, and config
(with links to the API docs and Agent Skills spec).
- .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md: focused checklist incl. the
self-contained-template requirements.
