📚 Description
This PR refactors
nuxito avoid including all possible commands in bundle, when possible. Mainly this was achieved by isolatingrunCommandfromcommands. This was especially important forcreate-nuxtas it was only using themodule add,init, andpreparecommands programmatically. After these changes, the dist size forcreate-nuxtcan be reduced to approximately 4.2 MB!
