fix(runtime): ContentRenderer extra props

When using Nuxt Content, I found an extra excerpt="[Object object]" attribute given to the <div>.

I started making changes to the <ContentRendererMarkdown> component and found two issues:

• Hydration error when using variables: yarn dev basic and go to http://localhost:3000/features/variables

• A test is failing for https://github.com/nuxt/content/blob/fix/content-renderer/test/features/renderer-markdown.ts
