entity) and o7 Fire(Creator, we, our or us). The "Content" mentioned, which includes any associated Content
components, any media, any printed materials other than the Content, and any "online" or electronic
documentation ("Content"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Content, you agree to be bound by
the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Content.
1. Freeware
You may use the Content without charge. o7 Fire (Inc) will not monitor of your use (e.g., Name, IP Address and/or ID, Credit Card information, etc.). The Content contains Automatic Update feature to update the Content
to new version available over the Internet, without any charge. The constant updates apply to the future versions of the software will also be bound by this EULA. o7 Fire (Inc) is not responsible for any kind of
physical or mental damage done by the Content users.
2. Distribution of SOFTWARE.
You may not make copies of the Content; nor give exact copies of the original Content to anyone; and not distribute the Content in its unmodified form via electronic means. You may not charge any fees for the copy or
use of the Content itself. You must not represent in any way that you are selling the Content itself. Your
distribution of the Content will not entitle you to any compensation from o7 Fire (Inc). You may not make and
distribute use of the Content in any way shape or form unless given permission by the Distributor.
3. RESTRICTIONS
3.1 You may not rent or lease the Content.
3.2 You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. 3.3 Responsibilities is held on the Content users. Anything that Content users do, either for legal or illegal
purposes, except for Distribution of the Content and violating the EULA is held on the Content users and not on o7 Fire (Inc).
3.4 You may/not use the Content to perform any unauthorized transfer of information or for any illegal purpose.
4. NO WARRANTIES
o7 Fire (Inc) expressly disclaims any warranty for the Content. THE Content AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED
"AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
