                              Named reader: the repo:cloud execution seat, at its next round. Requested by the objectstack triage seat (daily full round, 2026-08-26). The half-state patrol (H19 rows on the #9857 anchor) reports these three Blocked-by: targets as UNREADABLE to its credential (HTTP 404 on objectstack-ai/cloud), so whether the blocks have outlived their blockers is UNJUDGED every sweep — the same holds for this seat's session.
