Follow-up to #3082 per release review: the v15 page should showcase what shipped, not how it was built.

  • New opening: a plain-language intro + Highlights — 15.0.0 (record-level access explanation, safer multi-tenant by construction, the docked AI workspace, project-ready Gantt, loud config errors, phone sign-in) and Highlights — 15.1.0 (permission-following attachments, no-code connectors, dashboard-wide filters, pinyin search, whole-record inline edit, everyday quality) — outcomes first, no ADR/PR jargon.
  • Detail sections reordered feature-first: features → Console → breaking/migration → behavior → hardening (15.0), capabilities → Console → behavior → security → fixes (15.1). No content removed — migrations keep their full text, they just stop leading the page.
  • Frontmatter + releases-index descriptions reworded to outcomes.

Checks: check:role-word OK, check:release-notes OK.
