Bumps all @objectstack deps to platform 9.0 (spec ^9.0.0 ×10, client/formula ^9.0.0).

Draft — blocked on the ADR-0021 analytics workstream: spec 9.0's single-form report cutover rejects the legacy object+columns shape, breaking the SpecReport bridge — 14 failures in @object-ui/types spec-report + plugin-report (a report needs 'dataset' + 'values'). Everything else green (3516 passed). The SpecReport migration should land on this branch (or rebase it).

Note: this does NOT block the pending 9.0 release (#1407) — the console runs fine against a framework 9.0 server on today's spec 8 types (verified extensively in browser E2E).
