언어 학습 앱 구조를 바탕으로 한국어, 영어, 일본어, 스페인어, 이탈리아어, 한자, Python, Java 학습 코스를 함께 다루도록 확장 중인 Next.js 학습 플랫폼입니다. 아직 개발 중인 프로젝트라 데모 사이트 주소는 비워두고, 현재 구현된 기능과 화면 중심으로 정리했습니다.

Why I Built It / 만든 이유

코딩테스트를 풀 때 Python·Java 기초 문법에서 사소한 실수들이 반복되었습니다. 책으로 외우기보다 매일 하던 Duolingo 방식이 훨씬 재밌고 오래 기억에 남았던 터라, 그 방식을 차용해서 더 재밌게 문법을 학습할 수 있는 도구를 만들어봤습니다.

Basic Python and Java syntax kept tripping me up with small mistakes during coding tests. Reading never stuck for me the way daily Duolingo practice did, so I borrowed that same game-like approach to make learning syntax fun again — and built a tool around it.

Live Demo

Lingo main screen

Current Status

Course Direction

The project is moving beyond a single-language clone into a broader learning playground:

  • Korean, English, Japanese, Spanish, Italian language courses
  • Hanja memorization and meaning drills
  • Python beginner drills based on control flow, functions, collections, and coding-test patterns
  • Java beginner drills planned around syntax, objects, and problem-solving flow

Environment

Create local env files from .env.example. Keep real credentials out of git.

Run Locally

This repo uses bun.lock, so Bun is the preferred package manager.

bun install
bun run dev

Database setup when credentials are ready:

bun run db:push
bun run db:prod

Validate

bun run lint
bun run build

If Clerk keys or database credentials are mismatched locally, authenticated pages can redirect before screenshots/build verification. In that case, fix env first and rerun the checks.

언어 학습 앱 구조를 바탕으로 한국어, 영어, 일본어, 스페인어, 이탈리아어, 한자, Python, Java 학습 코스를 함께 다루도록 확장 중인 Next.js 학습 플랫폼입니다. 아직 개발 중인 프로젝트라 데모 사이트 주소는 비워두고, 현재 구현된 기능과 화면 중심으로 정리했습니다.

Why I Built It / 만든 이유

코딩테스트를 풀 때 Python·Java 기초 문법에서 사소한 실수들이 반복되었습니다. 책으로 외우기보다 매일 하던 Duolingo 방식이 훨씬 재밌고 오래 기억에 남았던 터라, 그 방식을 차용해서 더 재밌게 문법을 학습할 수 있는 도구를 만들어봤습니다.

Basic Python and Java syntax kept tripping me up with small mistakes during coding tests. Reading never stuck for me the way daily Duolingo practice did, so I borrowed that same game-like approach to make learning syntax fun again — and built a tool around it.

Current Status
