Offset handling:

• dataStore contains an offsets array, which can hold different offset objects for different functionNames
• p2LoadRawCc must handover the offset object relevant for p2DiscardIrrelevantPmRecords
  • if no such offset object is yet available in offsets obtained from dataStore, then it must initialize it
  • functionName must be p2DiscardIrrelevantPmRecords
• p2LoadRawCc shall get the complete offsets array from p2ProcessDevice
  • currently only the offset for the discard function is used, but other offsets could be added in the future, which then would already be included in the input passed along from p2ProcessDevice
