Node Wrapper Build tool has to provide verbose option and support log files

Currently the output of tools/scripts that build.js invoke is not captured in any log files. This needs to be captured in log files and also spit out on the console when verbose option is enabled.

Sure. But need a helping hand.

actually all output is under temp folder. build.js creates the batch files there and uses them. If you want to improve that, feel free though.
