Picks up modelcontextprotocol/rust-sdk#497 which fixes#5208 by allowing 204 response to MCP initialize notifications instead of just 202.

Picks up modelcontextprotocol/rust-sdk#497 which fixes#5208 by allowing 204 response to MCP initialize notifications instead of just 202.
