GTP-4.5 has been deleted from the `ChatModel`

gpt-4.5-preview and gpt-4.5-preview-2025-02-27 have been deleted in #2228

I can't see any comment that explains this.
Moreover, 4.5 models are still available through the API and OpenAI playground.

I don't see these in the latest version of Node SDK either.

Maybe it's because these models are deprecated and will be removed soon?

Thanks for flagging this! The typing omission occurred before the retirement announcement, so retirement doesn’t explain the original change. GPT-4.5 Preview has since been retired, making restoration obsolete. Closing this out; please use a currently supported model from the model catalog.
