N location updates causes connection issues

What were you trying to do (and why)?

When we run multiple update locations int he data-platform we sometimes see some connection issues.

This seems to happen at midnight every day with the pvlive consumer

I think this is due to each location update doing a new materalized view

What happened (including relevant commands, logs etc)?

What did you expect to happen?

that we can update 1000 locations, without there bering a problem

Could a bulk update for locations be possible?
