Handles CloudEvents consumption, AdapterConfig CRD integration, precondition evaluation, Kubernetes Job creation/monitoring, and status reporting via API. Supports GCP Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ broker abstraction.

HyperFleet Sentinel Operator - Kubernetes operator that polls HyperFleet API, makes orchestration decisions, and publishes events. Features configurable backoff strategies, horizontal sharding via SentinelConfig CRD, and broker abstraction (GCP Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Stub). Centralized reconciliation logic.

HyperFleet API - Simple REST API for cluster lifecycle management. Provides CRUD operations for clusters and status sub-resources. Pure data layer with PostgreSQL integration - no business logic or event creation. Stateless design enables horizontal scaling. Part of HyperFleet v2 event-driven architecture.

HyperFleet E2E Testing - Black-box end-to-end tests for HyperFleet cluster lifecycle management. Validates Critical User Journeys (CUJ) including cluster creation, scaling, updates, and deletion. Integrates with Prow for automated testing. Uses Kind clusters for test isolation and real component validation.
