I adjusted the ImageBuilder examples slightly to make them clearer, support both Docker and Podman (there is a nuance), and mount dl not to re-downloaded packages on each build.

I suppose other examples, like the SDK, can be improved too.

I adjusted the ImageBuilder examples slightly to make them clearer, support both Docker and Podman (there is a nuance), and mount dl not to re-downloaded packages on each build.
I suppose other examples, like the SDK, can be improved too.
