[Feature] Linux Desktop App

Users would like a way to install and run the Orb app (including the GUI) on Linux desktops.
Recommend installation via Flatpak.

As early users of Wails V3, we are in need of that project to wrap up support for Linux Desktop, then we can proceed to support it from Orb 🤘
