Syncthing, Git and Obsidian now ship inside the application, disabled by default, with separate local-app detection and connection status. Package verification runs on installation and startup; missing or corrupt bundles cannot fall back to an older downloaded executable, and repair preserves user preferences.
Filesystem event bursts now allow active folder listings to complete before one follow-up refresh. Existing rows stay visible, smart searches retain their cancellation behavior, and mutation dialogs block clicks from reaching underlying files.
Windows/macOS CI now exercises the bundled packages and GPUI navigation fixture. Release-proof validation requires integration and remote-drive checks on both platforms and supports an explicit updater exemption only for the first Bildhaus v0.1.0 release. Application version and repository identity remain unchanged.
Validation: full
pnpm release:checkpassed on the repository's Rust 1.98.0 toolchain, including workspace tests, formatting, strict Clippy, audits and optimized GPUI build. All 40 release/packaging/proof script tests passed. Final bundled ZIPs passed native offline activation and three consecutive GPUI navigation runs, including repository browsing. The Windows installer built successfully. Platform CI must pass before merge; real-machine release attestations remain separate from automated checks.Windows CI allows 60 minutes overall for a cold Rust release build; individual test/build timeouts remain bounded. The first run completed all executable checks but crossed the previous 45-minute job limit.
