.NET port of DLE (Descent Level Editor).
This port uses a Windows Forms reimplementation of DLE's MFC UI, which operates on a C++/CLI wrapper of DLE's internal classes. The data layer is gradually being replaced by LibDescent (a .NET Standard library written in C#).
