Follow-up to #30 (the lock-elected file watcher shipped in 0.4.0): the root README still described the MCP surface as "read-only tools" and omitted oxcode_watch.

  • MCP section: tell the agent to call oxcode_watch once — it builds the index and keeps it current as files change; across many agents on one repo a file lock elects a single writer while the rest serve reads.
  • Add oxcode_watch to the auto-allow settings list (query tools are read-only; oxcode_watch only writes the local index).
  • Add oxcode_watch to the oxcode-cli tool list in the architecture section.
