Adds formatters to make life easier when using DTrace to track softnpu.

Before:

I think the way we want to do this is either through a) attributes or b) typefs where the display format is implied by some set of types known to the compiler and could be included with x4c. I think both of these would require some additional compiler support, and it seems like (a) would be a better path than (b).

Adds formatters to make life easier when using DTrace to track softnpu.

Before:

I think the way we want to do this is either through a) attributes or b) typefs where the display format is implied by some set of types known to the compiler and could be included with x4c. I think both of these would require some additional compiler support, and it seems like (a) would be a better path than (b).
