I want to anonymize customer details in past orders
so that customer privacy is maintained and data protection requirements are met.

Objective

To anonymise customer details in orders after a certain period to protect customer privacy.

Acceptance Criteria

• Customer details (e.g., name, email, address) in past orders can be anonymized.
• Orders remain accessible for reporting purposes without personal customer data.
• Anonymization can be applied manually or automatically based on a set period.

Tasks
