Summary

  • declare the external t3code URL protocol once at the electron-builder root so macOS and Linux package metadata consume the same configuration
  • keep Windows registration through Electron’s packaged-app registry API
  • avoid exposing the internal t3code-dev renderer scheme as an OS URL handler
  • add packaging assertions for macOS, Linux, and Windows

Verification

  • vp check
  • ELECTRON_SKIP_BINARY_DOWNLOAD=1 vp run -r --cache --log labeled typecheck
  • vp test run scripts/build-desktop-artifact.test.ts apps/desktop/src/app/DesktopClerk.test.ts apps/desktop/src/app/DesktopDeepLinks.test.ts
  • vp run --cache build:desktop
  • Fork CI preload bundle verification commands

Summary
  • declare the external t3code URL protocol once at the electron-builder root so macOS and Linux package metadata consume the same configuration
  • keep Windows registration through Electron’s packaged-app registry API
  • avoid exposing the internal t3code-dev renderer scheme as an OS URL handler
  • add packaging assertions for macOS, Linux, and Windows
Verification
  • vp check
  • ELECTRON_SKIP_BINARY_DOWNLOAD=1 vp run -r --cache --log labeled typecheck
  • vp test run scripts/build-desktop-artifact.test.ts apps/desktop/src/app/DesktopClerk.test.ts apps/desktop/src/app/DesktopDeepLinks.test.ts
  • vp run --cache build:desktop
  • Fork CI preload bundle verification commands
