  • append a hosted T3 thread deep link to Jira bot replies
  • avoid duplicating the thread footer when a response is retried
  • cover URL construction and footer behavior with focused tests

Focused verification

  • pnpm exec vitest run apps/server/src/jira/JiraWebhook.test.ts
  • server typecheck remains blocked by the pre-existing apps/server/src/background/HostPowerMonitor.ts:69 error
