Fixes#325

Correct the HTTP/2 discussion page's non-existent TLSv2 reference to
TLS 1.2, the minimum version specified by the linked RFC.

Tests:

  • sphinx-apidoc -e -f -o docs/reference/source/ src/hypercorn/ src/hypercorn/protocol/quic.py src/hypercorn/protocol/h3.py
  • sphinx-build -W --keep-going -b html -d /tmp/hypercorn-325-doctrees docs/ /tmp/hypercorn-325-docs-html/
