Hi Philip,
Would it be possible to add support for the Serbian SEF (Sistem Elektronskih Faktura) CIUS validation rules?
The Serbian Ministry of Finance defines the following EN16931 customization identifiers:
- urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:mfin.gov.rs:srbdt:2022
- urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:mfin.gov.rs:srbdt:2022#conformant#urn:mfin.gov.rs:srbdtext:2022
As far as I can see, the latest phive-rules release does not contain Serbia-specific validation artefacts.
Official documentation:
https://www.efaktura.gov.rs/tekst/en/5370/updated-specification-for-the-adapted-implementation-of-the-en-16931-1-standard-for-electronic-invoices-in-domestic-trade-in-the-republic-of-serbia.php
The Serbian specification is based on EN16931 and is used for invoices exchanged through the Serbian SEF platform.
Would support for these profiles be considered for inclusion in phive-rules?
Thank you.
