Support for Serbia SEO document formats

Hi Philip,

Following the Serbia SEF support request, I noticed that the Serbian Ministry of Finance also publishes UBL 2.1 document examples for the SEO system.(https://eotpremnica.efaktura.gov.rs/)

Official example files:

The published examples define Serbia-specific CustomizationIDs for logistics documents:

Despatch Advice:

• Customization ID: urn:fdc:mfin.gov.rs:logistics:trns:despatch_advice:1:2025.12
• Profile ID: urn:fdc:peppol.eu:logistics:bis:despatch_advice_only:1

Receipt Advice:

• Customization ID: urn:fdc:mfin.gov.rs:logistics:trns:receipt_advice:1:2025.12
• Profile ID: urn:fdc:peppol.eu:logistics:bis:despatch_advice_w_receipt_advice:1

Would support for these Serbia-specific SEO document profiles be considered for inclusion in phive-rules?

Are you aware of any Schematron rules for those document types?

I couldn't find any published Schematron (.sch) files.

However, the official technical specification contains business rules and validation requirements for these document types, particularly in the first 37 pages, so it might be useful: Technical specification
