I've removed bundler-audit due to a massive load of false positives (e.g. rest-client stuff that comes with old chef-releases). Chef11 does not get support so we're just getting a 100% fail rate of all PRs. If you insist using bundler-audit, we have to remove chef11 support… |

This PR updates various dependencies + code style to 2016 versions. Also fixes issues that came up with newer rubocop and foodcritic versions.
