Related to #305, Does not close it

Added LanguageName and SpecificDialect to InventoryID-LanguageCodes.csv, and aggregate-raw-data.R now reads from the mapping file instead of raw data. The raw data values are renamed to SourceLanguageName and SourceSpecificDialect.

All empty values of SpecificDialect were changed to NA for consistency across data (7692 rows) (changed in this commit: dd2a662)

Updated mappings/README.md

Verified by checking diff with current phoible.csv, no diff except for the NA addition (7692 rows) and two new columns for SourceLanguageName and SourceSpecificDialect
