docs(skills): drop cross-framework comparisons from non-migration skills

PHPUnit/Pest/JUnit references belong only in testo-migrate-from-phpunit; other skills describe Testo on its own terms. Coverage skills keep "PHPUnit XML" — that names a real Testo report writer (PhpUnitXmlReport), not a comparison.
