gen_stub.php generated wrong C string

But I expected this output instead:

Double quotes need to be escaped

I'm not familiar with the working principle of gen_stub.php. I just use it without reading its source code. I just found this problem. Hastily modifying code to fix this problem may cause other problems.

I provide a code for reference only.

Whether to consider using codex or claude or deepseek to fix the problem? Of course, AI commit still needs to be reviewed by core developers
