[Bug]: Stuck 'working' icon after prompt, can't send more prompts [Nightly]  #2173

Description

@ruxir-ig

Before submitting

  • I searched existing issues and did not find a duplicate.
  • I included enough detail to reproduce or investigate the problem.

Area

apps/desktop

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start t3code
  2. Select a model from opencode
  3. While it's working, add a prompt (e.g., for steering behavior)
  4. After it completes, observe that the working symbol/icon does not go away
  5. Try to send another prompt—input is disabled and icon is still spinning
  6. Restart the app (fully kill and reopen)
  7. Working symbol is still there, and still can't enter prompts

Expected behavior

After a prompt finishes, the working symbol should disappear and the app should allow entering new prompts.

Actual behavior

The working symbol stays visible permanently after a prompt finishes, even after app restart. It's not possible to send any more prompts (input is disabled). See attached screenshot.

                          apps/desktop

                          Steps to reproduce

                          1. Start t3code
                          2. Select a model from opencode
                          3. While it's working, add a prompt (e.g., for steering behavior)
                          4. After it completes, observe that the working symbol/icon does not go away
                          5. Try to send another prompt—input is disabled and icon is still spinning
                          6. Restart the app (fully kill and reopen)
                          7. Working symbol is still there, and still can't enter prompts

                          Expected behavior

After a prompt finishes, the working symbol should disappear and the app should allow entering new prompts.

                          Actual behavior

The working symbol stays visible permanently after a prompt finishes, even after app restart. It's not possible to send any more prompts (input is disabled). See attached screenshot.
