Overview
Restores Copy thread ID on the shared thread context menu (buildThreadActionMenuItems), so sidebar and chat-header menus match v1 again.

Overview

Restores Copy thread ID on the shared thread context menu (buildThreadActionMenuItems), so sidebar and chat-header menus match v1 again.
Choosing the action copies the thread UUID via useCopyToClipboard and shows the same success/error toasts as copy path/branch. Wiring is duplicated in Sidebar.tsx and useThreadActionMenu.ts so both entry points handle the new menu id.
