What Changed

SidebarChromeFooter now recognizes any /projects/* route as the "project settings" footer state, so the sidebar footer swaps to the Back button instead of the default Settings/Usage/Pull Requests icons while a project settings page is open.

Why

The sidebar footer only replaced its default actions with a Back button on /usage and /pull-requests. Project settings pages live under /projects/*, but that prefix wasn't matched, so users on a project settings screen were left without a way back to the previous view via the sidebar footer.

UI Changes

Sidebar footer now shows a Back button (instead of Settings/Usage/Pull Requests icons) while viewing any project settings page, matching the existing behavior for Usage and Pull Requests.

Checklist

  • This PR is small and focused
  • I explained what changed and why
  • I included before/after screenshots for any UI changes
  • I included a video for animation/interaction changes

Note

Low Risk
Tiny UI routing match in the sidebar footer; no auth, data, or backend changes.

Overview
Treats /projects/* as a footer “page” so the sidebar utility menu shows Back on project settings, matching settings/usage/PRs.

Without this, those routes kept the default Settings/Usage/PR icons and had no footer way back.

Note

Add project-settings footer page for /projects/ routes in SidebarUtilityMenu

Extends the currentFooterPage computation in the SidebarUtilityMenu component to return "project-settings" when the current pathname starts with "/projects/". Previously this returned null for project routes.

We're closing this PR as we clean up the T3 Code backlog. Thank you for taking the time to put this together.

We are keeping OPEN #8168 as the review path for project-settings back navigation. It covers the same missing Back state and includes current visual verification.

If you believe we closed this in error, please reopen the PR and leave a comment explaining what we missed.
