Summary

The ms-teams connector (connectors/ms-teams/src/graph-api.ts) used private: true on NewLinkWithNotes, but that field no longer exists on the type — it was replaced by access: "private" | "members" | "public" with an optional accessContacts: NewContact[] list.

This broke pnpm build in the release workflow and blocked publishing @plotday/twister@0.45.0 to npm after #116 landed. See the failing run: https://github.com/plotday/plot/actions/runs/24380875520/job/71203893624

src/graph-api.ts(400,7): error TS2353: Object literal may only specify known properties, and 'private' does not exist in type 'NewLinkWithNotes'.
src/graph-api.ts(412,5): error TS2353: ...same

Fix matches the pattern used by google-chat, gmail, apple-calendar, and outlook-calendar for private DM-style threads: access: "private" plus accessContacts filtered down to the NewContact variant of NewActor.

No changeset is needed — connectors/* is in the changesets ignore list (only @plotday/twister publishes via changesets).

Test plan

  • pnpm build in connectors/ms-teams passes locally
  • Merge this PR
  • Verify the Release workflow succeeds
  • Verify @plotday/twister@0.45.0 appears on npm

The ms-teams connector used `private: true` on NewLinkWithNotes, but
that field no longer exists on the type (it was replaced by
`access: "private" | "members" | "public"` with an optional
`accessContacts` list).
This broke the release workflow's `pnpm build` step and blocked
publishing @plotday/twister@0.45.0 to npm. Matches the pattern used
by google-chat, gmail, apple-calendar, and outlook-calendar for
private DM-style threads.
