Summary

Connector work for the "single canonical thread link + status icons" feature (builds on the SDK from #179). Flutter surfacing follows separately.

  • New connector API — Integrations.saveNotes/saveNote (attach a note, optionally carrying a note-attached note.link, to a thread by id or source) and archiveNotes (mirror of archiveLinks for the note model). Changeset included.
  • Granola → note-attached — meeting notes are now a NewNote addressed to the calendar event by its icaluid: canonical source, carrying the Granola link as a note-scoped note.link (instead of a thread-level link). Co-locates onto the calendar event's thread in both orderings (calendar-first and Granola-first); onChannelDisabled uses archiveNotes.
  • Google Calendar — priority set from event ownership (organizer.self) so the owning calendar's link is the displayed primary; status icons mapped (Confirmed with hiddenDefault, Tentative, Cancelled).
  • Drop sent pseudo-status from Google Chat + MS Teams (consistent with the Slack/Gmail status removal).
  • Curated status icons added to every status (static + dynamic) across Linear, GitHub, Jira, Asana, Todoist, Google Tasks, Airtable, Attio — satisfying the now-required LinkStatus.icon.

Test Plan

  • pnpm build:builder (twister) + pnpm validate-changesets
  • Every status-declaring connector typechecks (pnpm exec tsc --noEmit)
  • Runtime saveNotes/archiveNotes DB-backed tests + Granola co-location traced end-to-end
  • In-app verification (Flutter surfacing is a later change)

Summary
Connector work for the "single canonical thread link + status icons" feature (builds on the SDK from #179). Flutter surfacing follows separately.
  • New connector API — Integrations.saveNotes/saveNote (attach a note, optionally carrying a note-attached note.link, to a thread by id or source) and archiveNotes (mirror of archiveLinks for the note model). Changeset included.
  • Granola → note-attached — meeting notes are now a NewNote addressed to the calendar event by its icaluid: canonical source, carrying the Granola link as a note-scoped note.link (instead of a thread-level link). Co-locates onto the calendar event's thread in both orderings (calendar-first and Granola-first); onChannelDisabled uses archiveNotes.
  • Google Calendar — priority set from event ownership (organizer.self) so the owning calendar's link is the displayed primary; status icons mapped (Confirmed with hiddenDefault, Tentative, Cancelled).
  • Drop sent pseudo-status from Google Chat + MS Teams (consistent with the Slack/Gmail status removal).
  • Curated status icons added to every status (static + dynamic) across Linear, GitHub, Jira, Asana, Todoist, Google Tasks, Airtable, Attio — satisfying the now-required LinkStatus.icon.
Test Plan
  • pnpm build:builder (twister) + pnpm validate-changesets
  •  Every status-declaring connector typechecks (pnpm exec tsc --noEmit)
  •  Runtime saveNotes/archiveNotes DB-backed tests + Granola co-location traced end-to-end
  •  In-app verification (Flutter surfacing is a later change)
