Problem

PR #179 made LinkStatus.iconrequired in twister (StatusIcon added to LinkTypeConfig.statuses[]), but the connectors weren't updated in the same merge. This broke the public-repo build on main:

connectors/attio build: src/attio.ts(150,13): error TS2322:
Property 'icon' is missing ... but required in type ... icon: StatusIcon

pnpm build aborts at the first failing connector, so the Release / changesets-publish workflow has been red since #179 merged:

Fix

Add a curated icon to every status across all 11 connectors that declare statuses, using the icon mappings from the reviewed canonical-thread-link connector branch:

  • linear — stateTypeToIcon() maps Linear workflow-state types (backlog/unstarted/started/completed/cancelled), applied to both the static fallback list and the dynamic per-team states
  • attio — won→done, lost→cancelled, all other open pipeline stages→inProgress
  • github — open→todo; PR closed→cancelled, merged→done; issue closed→done
  • jira / asana / todoist / google-tasks — open→todo, done→done
  • airtable — static + dynamic pushStatus: todo→todo, done→done
  • google-calendar — Confirmed→confirmed (hiddenDefault), Tentative→tentative, Cancelled→cancelled
  • google-chat / ms-teams — sent→done

Icon-only — no behavior change. Connector-only changes, so no changeset (per AGENTS.md: changesets are twister-only).

Verification

  • cd twister && pnpm build (regenerates StatusIcon type)
  • pnpm exec tsc --noEmit clean on all 11 touched connectors
  • Full pnpm -r run build passes (rc 0) — same command the Release workflow runs

Problem
PR #179 made LinkStatus.iconrequired in twister (StatusIcon added to LinkTypeConfig.statuses[]), but the connectors weren't updated in the same merge. This broke the public-repo build on main:
connectors/attio build: src/attio.ts(150,13): error TS2322:
Property 'icon' is missing ... but required in type ... icon: StatusIcon

pnpm build aborts at the first failing connector, so the Release / changesets-publish workflow has been red since #179 merged:

Fix
Add a curated icon to every status across all 11 connectors that declare statuses, using the icon mappings from the reviewed canonical-thread-link connector branch:
  • linear — stateTypeToIcon() maps Linear workflow-state types (backlog/unstarted/started/completed/cancelled), applied to both the static fallback list and the dynamic per-team states
  • attio — won→done, lost→cancelled, all other open pipeline stages→inProgress
  • github — open→todo; PR closed→cancelled, merged→done; issue closed→done
  • jira / asana / todoist / google-tasks — open→todo, done→done
  • airtable — static + dynamic pushStatus: todo→todo, done→done
  • google-calendar — Confirmed→confirmed (hiddenDefault), Tentative→tentative, Cancelled→cancelled
  • google-chat / ms-teams — sent→done
Icon-only — no behavior change. Connector-only changes, so no changeset (per AGENTS.md: changesets are twister-only).
Verification
  • cd twister && pnpm build (regenerates StatusIcon type)
  • pnpm exec tsc --noEmit clean on all 11 touched connectors
  • Full pnpm -r run build passes (rc 0) — same command the Release workflow runs
