Summary

Two plot CLI scaffold bugs that produced broken/unprocessed output:

  1. plot create twist scaffold failed plot lint. The twist template emitted the removed Activity API (type Activity / async activity()), plus a stale activate(_priority: Pick<Priority, "id">) signature and a Priority import that is no longer exported by the SDK. Regenerated against the current Twist API: activate() and build(Plot, { thread: { access: ThreadAccess.Create } }).

  2. plot generate left {{packageManager}} unsubstituted in AGENTS.md. It wrote the template verbatim ("no template processing needed"). It now detects the package manager up front and substitutes it in AGENTS.md — and in README.md, which had been hardcoding pnpm — matching the plot create path.

Verification

  • pnpm build + pnpm lint (twister) clean.
  • A fresh plot create for both a twist and a connector type-checks clean (tsc --noEmit) against the local SDK build.
  • Changeset added (@plotday/twister patch); pnpm validate-changesets passes.

Summary
Two plot CLI scaffold bugs that produced broken/unprocessed output:
  1. plot create twist scaffold failed plot lint. The twist template emitted the removed Activity API (type Activity / async activity()), plus a stale activate(_priority: Pick<Priority, "id">) signature and a Priority import that is no longer exported by the SDK. Regenerated against the current Twist API: activate() and build(Plot, { thread: { access: ThreadAccess.Create } }).
  2. plot generate left {{packageManager}} unsubstituted in AGENTS.md. It wrote the template verbatim ("no template processing needed"). It now detects the package manager up front and substitutes it in AGENTS.md — and in README.md, which had been hardcoding pnpm — matching the plot create path.
Verification
  • pnpm build + pnpm lint (twister) clean.
  • A fresh plot create for both a twist and a connector type-checks clean (tsc --noEmit) against the local SDK build.
  • Changeset added (@plotday/twister patch); pnpm validate-changesets passes.
