Problem

plot deploy aborts with "Twist ID missing" for any connector whose package.json lacks a plotTwistId. Three connectors were never scaffolded with one:

  • ms-teams
  • posthog
  • todoist

plotTwistId is the connector's stable twist UUID — normally generated by plot create and read by plot deploy alongside displayName, logoUrl, etc.

Fix

Added a stable UUID to each (same shape plot create writes — crypto.randomUUID()), plus the other package.json fields each was missing relative to every other connector:

ConnectorplotTwistIdOther additions
ms-teams✅logoUrl (Teams iconify mark)
posthog✅logoUrl (simple-icons, brand #F54E00, matching the marketing site) + deploy/lint scripts
todoist✅deploy/lint scripts

Verification

  • All three build cleanly (tsc) and pass plot lint.
  • No duplicate plotTwistId values across the repo.
  • The remaining 18 connectors already had valid IDs.

Notes

  • No changeset — these are connector-only changes; @plotday/connector-* packages deploy via plot deploy, not npm, and public/AGENTS.md forbids changesets that target only connector packages.
  • These three are not in connectors/deploy.json's public list (that file lives in the private core repo), so the git-driven CI flow routes them to the review environment until promoted.

Problem
plot deploy aborts with "Twist ID missing" for any connector whose package.json lacks a plotTwistId. Three connectors were never scaffolded with one:
  • ms-teams
  • posthog
  • todoist
plotTwistId is the connector's stable twist UUID — normally generated by plot create and read by plot deploy alongside displayName, logoUrl, etc.
Fix
Added a stable UUID to each (same shape plot create writes — crypto.randomUUID()), plus the other package.json fields each was missing relative to every other connector:

Verification
  • All three build cleanly (tsc) and pass plot lint.

  • The remaining 18 connectors already had valid IDs.
Notes
  • No changeset — these are connector-only changes; @plotday/connector-* packages deploy via plot deploy, not npm, and public/AGENTS.md forbids changesets that target only connector packages.
  • These three are not in connectors/deploy.json's public list (that file lives in the private core repo), so the git-driven CI flow routes them to the review environment until promoted.
