Trello connector + structured-item SDK foundation

Adds the open-source Trello connector and the Twister SDK changes it relies on. This is the public/ (plotday/plot) half of a two-PR rollout; the plotday/core PR (API runtime + DB migrations + connections.ts availability flip + the gitlink bump to this branch's merge commit) follows after this merges.

Twister SDK (changesets included)

  • AuthProvider.Trello — Trello uses a native token-fragment auth flow (it isn't OAuth2/Atlassian). Changeset: trello-auth-provider.md.
  • Structured-item note fields on Note: sectionKey / sectionLabel / sectionPosition / itemPosition (string | null), tagActors: Record<ActorId, Actor> (runtime-dispatch output; excluded from NewNote), and Actor.source?: { accountId } | null. These let connectors sync grouped/ordered items (checklists) as Plot notes with two-way completion + assignment. Changeset: structured-item-fields.md.

connectors/trello (new package)

Bidirectional Trello connector:

  • Boards → channels (per-board list-derived statuses); cards → links (description, comments, members → contacts, attachments).
  • Real-time per-board webhooks with HMAC verification (fail-closed).
  • Write-back: card list moves (status), title, and new cards via onCreateLink; comment write-back with baseline preservation.
  • Batch sync orchestration with pagination; onChannelEnabled/onChannelDisabled lifecycle + teardown.

Tests / checks

  • 28 connector tests + the twister build/lint pass locally; pnpm validate-changesets ✓ (2 changesets).

Rollout notes (for reviewers/ops)

  • Merge order: this PR first → then the plotday/core PR bumps the submodule gitlink to this merge commit (core's API runtime depends on the new twister types).
  • Provisioning gate (ops, before the core change is deployed): the connector needs Trello app credentials provisioned — AUTH_TRELLO_ID / AUTH_TRELLO_SECRET → 1Password → scripts/sync-github-secrets. Until that lands, connecting Trello will fail in prod, so the core PR's connections.ts "available" flip must not deploy before provisioning.
  • Part of a larger 5-plan effort: Plans 1 (auth provider) + 2 (connector core) + 3 (structured-items foundation) are complete here; Plans 4 (Trello checklist sync) + 5 (client UI) are not yet built.

Replace the Task-5 stub with real setupWebhook (createWebhook →
localhost guard → api.createWebhook → store webhook_id/url) and add
private onWebhook (HEAD no-op → HMAC-SHA1 verify → re-fetch card →
saveLink). All 20 tests green, tsc clean.

The archived cast (link as Link & { archived?: boolean }) was dead code —
the Link read type never carries archived, so fields.closed was never set.
Add a comment noting archive write-back is deferred pending a runtime
fromDbLink change. Remove the corresponding test that gave false confidence.

Trello connector + structured-item SDK foundation
Adds the open-source Trello connector and the Twister SDK changes it relies on. This is the public/ (plotday/plot) half of a two-PR rollout; the plotday/core PR (API runtime + DB migrations + connections.ts availability flip + the gitlink bump to this branch's merge commit) follows after this merges.
Twister SDK (changesets included)
  • AuthProvider.Trello — Trello uses a native token-fragment auth flow (it isn't OAuth2/Atlassian). Changeset: trello-auth-provider.md.
  • Structured-item note fields on Note: sectionKey / sectionLabel / sectionPosition / itemPosition (string | null), tagActors: Record<ActorId, Actor> (runtime-dispatch output; excluded from NewNote), and Actor.source?: { accountId } | null. These let connectors sync grouped/ordered items (checklists) as Plot notes with two-way completion + assignment. Changeset: structured-item-fields.md.
connectors/trello (new package)
Bidirectional Trello connector:
  • Boards → channels (per-board list-derived statuses); cards → links (description, comments, members → contacts, attachments).
  • Real-time per-board webhooks with HMAC verification (fail-closed).
  • Write-back: card list moves (status), title, and new cards via onCreateLink; comment write-back with baseline preservation.
  • Batch sync orchestration with pagination; onChannelEnabled/onChannelDisabled lifecycle + teardown.
Tests / checks
  • 28 connector tests + the twister build/lint pass locally; pnpm validate-changesets ✓ (2 changesets).
Rollout notes (for reviewers/ops)
  • Merge order: this PR first → then the plotday/core PR bumps the submodule gitlink to this merge commit (core's API runtime depends on the new twister types).
  • Provisioning gate (ops, before the core change is deployed): the connector needs Trello app credentials provisioned — AUTH_TRELLO_ID / AUTH_TRELLO_SECRET → 1Password → scripts/sync-github-secrets. Until that lands, connecting Trello will fail in prod, so the core PR's connections.ts "available" flip must not deploy before provisioning.
  • Part of a larger 5-plan effort: Plans 1 (auth provider) + 2 (connector core) + 3 (structured-items foundation) are complete here; Plans 4 (Trello checklist sync) + 5 (client UI) are not yet built.

Trello connector + structured-item SDK foundation
Adds the open-source Trello connector and the Twister SDK changes it relies on. This is the public/ (plotday/plot) half of a two-PR rollout; the plotday/core PR (API runtime + DB migrations + connections.ts availability flip + the gitlink bump to this branch's merge commit) follows after this merges.
Twister SDK (changesets included)
  • AuthProvider.Trello — Trello uses a native token-fragment auth flow (it isn't OAuth2/Atlassian). Changeset: trello-auth-provider.md.
  • Structured-item note fields on Note: sectionKey / sectionLabel / sectionPosition / itemPosition (string | null), tagActors: Record<ActorId, Actor> (runtime-dispatch output; excluded from NewNote), and Actor.source?: { accountId } | null. These let connectors sync grouped/ordered items (checklists) as Plot notes with two-way completion + assignment. Changeset: structured-item-fields.md.
connectors/trello (new package)
Bidirectional Trello connector:
  • Boards → channels (per-board list-derived statuses); cards → links (description, comments, members → contacts, attachments).
  • Real-time per-board webhooks with HMAC verification (fail-closed).
  • Write-back: card list moves (status), title, and new cards via onCreateLink; comment write-back with baseline preservation.
  • Batch sync orchestration with pagination; onChannelEnabled/onChannelDisabled lifecycle + teardown.
Tests / checks
  • 28 connector tests + the twister build/lint pass locally; pnpm validate-changesets ✓ (2 changesets).
Rollout notes (for reviewers/ops)
  • Merge order: this PR first → then the plotday/core PR bumps the submodule gitlink to this merge commit (core's API runtime depends on the new twister types).
  • Provisioning gate (ops, before the core change is deployed): the connector needs Trello app credentials provisioned — AUTH_TRELLO_ID / AUTH_TRELLO_SECRET → 1Password → scripts/sync-github-secrets. Until that lands, connecting Trello will fail in prod, so the core PR's connections.ts "available" flip must not deploy before provisioning.
  • Part of a larger 5-plan effort: Plans 1 (auth provider) + 2 (connector core) + 3 (structured-items foundation) are complete here; Plans 4 (Trello checklist sync) + 5 (client UI) are not yet built.

Replace the Task-5 stub with real setupWebhook (createWebhook →
localhost guard → api.createWebhook → store webhook_id/url) and add
private onWebhook (HEAD no-op → HMAC-SHA1 verify → re-fetch card →
saveLink). All 20 tests green, tsc clean.

The archived cast (link as Link & { archived?: boolean }) was dead code —
the Link read type never carries archived, so fields.closed was never set.
Add a comment noting archive write-back is deferred pending a runtime
fromDbLink change. Remove the corresponding test that gave false confidence.
