Trello checklist sync (Layer 2)

Adds two-way Trello checklist-item sync to the existing Trello connector. A Trello checklist item becomes a Plot note keyed checkitem-{id} carrying section/position metadata and per-actor completion/assignment tags. Connector-only — builds on the Layer 1 platform foundation (note section_*/item_position columns, tagActors dispatch enrichment, Actor.source) already shipped via the structured-items work.

What it does

• Sync-in:getCards/getCard fetch checklists=all&checkItems=all (incl. idMember); transformCard emits one checkitem-{id} note per item with section_key=checklist id, section_label=name, section_position/item_position=String(pos), inbound Tag.Todo from idMember, and item-level Tag.Done collapse (assignee, else the connection owner via a cached GET /members/me).
