Summary

SDK side of the Plot-assistant plan-execution fix (core PR to follow, will be linked here):

  • PlanOperationResult = { success: boolean; error?: string }
  • Plan actions gain optional approved?: boolean and results?: PlanOperationResult[] — set by the server when the action is delivered to the plan callback. Plan operations now execute server-side on approval, and the plan callback receives (action, approved) per the contract this type documents.
  • New PlanOperation variant { type: "createFocus"; focusId: Uuid; title: string } with a client-generated id, so a plan can create a focus and reference it from later operations in the same plan. Focus creation is now deferred until the user approves, instead of being eagerly created at plan-build time.

Changeset included (minor).

Test plan

  • pnpm build clean; pnpm validate-changesets passes
  • Consumed and tested end-to-end by the core-repo branch plot-twist-agent-harness (server execution + twist + Flutter tests)
