CRAN has requested that we add Authors@R and copyright holder information within DESCRIPTION. In addition, they have asked for \value tags within function help. We should provide these things for dash-table also.

plotly/dash#1186 will contribute \value for generated components, but human-generated functions like df_to_list will need these to be added explicitly.
