Serve unminified JS bundles in dev mode #313

In Dash Dev Tools (#292), developers will see the JS tracebacks when they develop their app, they won't need to dive into the browser console.

These tracebacks are pretty hard to debug with our minified bundles. We should serve the unminified bundles and/or source maps in some kind of dev-mode
