I think I've fixed Plotbot permissions, but there's no Docker image to deploy.

The Docker build needs to succeed before you can deploy.

I think I've fixed Plotbot permissions, but there's no Docker image to deploy.

I think I've fixed Plotbot permissions, but there's no Docker image to deploy.
