Is there a way to get the item.app_item_id?

We are trying to access the app item id of the items in an application. The problem is, there is no app item id field in the ItemBadge class. However, I'm able to see it whenever I use http rest.

Ideally, we'd just use the java api for this purpose. Please point me to the right direction if it exists.
