Description

Add Windows compatibility for the CLI and TUI.

Current blockers

• Chrome cookie path detection (needs Windows paths)
• DPAPI decryption for Chrome cookies (currently uses macOS Keychain / Linux secret-tool)
• SQLite native binding compilation on Windows
• Terminal rendering differences (Ink/React)

Tasks

• Add Windows Chrome cookie paths
• Implement DPAPI decryption via win-dpapi or similar
• Test better-sqlite3 on Windows
• Test TUI rendering on Windows Terminal and PowerShell
• CI matrix: add windows-latest
