The Postil release gate now qualifies the exact CLI bytes users receive against Luna on the pinned Azure route, with routing, ZDR, fallback, pricing, structure, and source provenance bound into retained evidence. The v0.9.2 CLI also defaults local reviews to Luna at low effort, keeps the scorer off unless requested, provides offline model guidance and concise TTY progress, removes the internal
respondcommand, and preserves verbose telemetry for agents and CI. The independent 20-million reported-usage limit remains enforced separately from conservative preflight projection.
