Version 0.9.3 makes oversized reviews useful without allowing incomplete evidence to pass: mandatory source evidence is selected first, findings from the bounded schedule remain visible, and any unreviewed hunk still fails the gate. Lockfile-only platform claims now require evidence that compact lockfile metadata can actually establish.\n\nRelease publication validates three complete live reports bound to the exact source, binary, evaluator, provider route, and cohort. The recorded Luna cohort has 94.7% median detection, zero median false positives, 82.9% median gate correctness, and passes the existing cost and latency limits.
