Finding dismissal audits now retain the exact generator and scorer identities that produced each finding, so operator decisions can be traced to the full review pipeline without changing the existing approval lifecycle. The migration preserves the established generator column, adds nullable scorer provenance for historical compatibility, and keeps audit identity immutable.
