Blacklist certain words or phrases from auto-translation

Certain words or phrases, particularly short ones, are often translated unnecessarily. It would be nice to have a list of these, ideally dynamically added via the databases, with a command such as /translation_blacklist add/remove {word_or_phrase} that does this.
